A good place to start! This class covers the fundamentals of our classes such as standing with perfect posture, how to correctly activate the ‘core’ muscles and breathe well, what’s neutral spine in different positions and how to pelvic tilt using lumbopelvic control. The class also covers moving the limbs whilst maintaining core control and good posture and activation of the bigger muscles especially the gluteals. It finishes with a good overview of the common stretches that are often incorporated into our classes.
