Our experienced team with post graduate qualifications in women's health have been providing the best evidence-based treatment and advice to women during their pregnancy and beyond since 2004. Our classes are "pelvic floor" safe and provide you with tips along the way to help make sense of it all. We aim to optimise your overall strength and flexibility and establish good pelvic floor and postural habits. The classes are tailored for each trimester of your pregnancy and beyond to help reduce the risk of pregnancy and birth related conditions. We help you to both prepare for the birth, and after delivery, assist your body to recover not just on the outside, but the inside too. Our women’s health physios are also available to help!
